Job Description
Shriro is a leading Kitchen Appliances and Consumer Products marketing and distribution group operating in Australia and New Zealand. The Group markets and distributes an extensive range of products under company-owned brands (including Omega, Robinhood, Everdure and Omega Altise), and third-party brands (such as Casio, Blanco and Pioneer) in Australia and New Zealand.
We are seeking a Supply Chain Officer to assist with inventory and purchase requirements as instructed by the Supply Chain Manager based in Australia.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing supplier purchase orders
- Co-ordinate & follow up with suppliers
- Data Entry
- Creation of shipments and follow up arrival times in close contact with freight forwarders.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding purchase orders and ETAs.
- Internal stock movements between warehouses and third parties.
- Ad hoc: support for general operations (e.g. freight, reservations, warehouse, data clean-up)
- General admin and other duties as required
COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Relationship with manufacturers and forwarders on data collection.
- Creating and maintain shipments in the ERP (maintained a reconciliation of quantities and values)
- Liaising with freight forwarders and customs agents
- Management of Letter of Credit documentation
- Liaise with the warehouses on arrivals
- Loading/ preload for warehouse (STOCK IN)
- Contribute to the development of shipping policies and procedures.
- Support to maintain of a tracker with metrics monitoring overdue activities and bottlenecks.
- Communication to management of shipping schedules and reports.
- Local deliveries management (stock reception as per shipment proposal).
- BOM -Manufacturing of skus, built up of kits & component adjustments
