Job Description

• Continuous Improvement & Lean – Drive a culture of continuous improvement using best practice Lean processes to increase productivity and reduce operational costs, whilst maintaining the quality required by our customers.
• Ensure tracking and execution of key product developments against buy ready requirements
• Accountable for all supply chain management (SCM) deliverables to the operations, including but not limited to; sourcing strategies, contractor selection and management, purchasing management, inventory management and warehouse operations
• Lead large-scale cross-functional project to enable delivery of strategic plan
• Suggests and executes process improvements as needed.
• Participate in key projects to evolve supply chain capabilities.
• Identify and measure sustainable supply chain KPIs for the business, whilst identifying ways and means of improving the group scores.
• Responsible for managing full lifecycle system implementation and configuring Solutions, and developing training resources
• Using extensive understanding of supply chain practices and procedures, review and monitor processes and ensure best practices are identified and shared between locations
• Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Job Responsibilities

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree and above in related disciplines.
• 15 years of related work experience with at least 10 in supply chain / operations management from an apparel or textile industry
• Experience in highly matrixed cross-functional organizations.
• Project Management Experience
• Good in English communication.
• Supply Chain & Logistic Management Skills
• Result Oriented, Team player, cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem solving & risk management Skills
• Excellent Analytical and quantitative skills.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• Familiar in working with international brands.
