Your new role

To plan and supervise a wide range of capital renewal projects from start to finish. Responsible for organising and overseeing project procedures and ensuring they are delivered in full, on time and to specification while maintaining the key client relationship.

An idea of the work to be covered:

• Civil: car park renewals, playgrounds, pathways, steps, bollard renewals etc
• Building refurbishments: toilet installs and renewals
• Electrical lighting upgrades
• Plumbing: drainage

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years experience working on the tools in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing + as a Supervisor or Project Manager
• Experience working on commercial projects
• Great communication skills
• Full licence
