Job Description

Responsible for supervising activities of buses and drivers in completing their assigned daily tasks in the Transportation Department, in a safe, professional, productive manner.

Essential Job Functions:

• Dispatch Drivers
• Create Schedules to ensure all schedules are fully staffed
• Handle all incidents and accidents
• Communicate daily with Drivers and Client on daily operational activities
• Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Possess good phone etiquette
• Possess good public relations skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office business applications
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Motor vehicle (DMV) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations
• Prior experience as a supervisor in a DOT driver environment
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
