We are looking for three experienced people leaders who is passionate about conservation and motivated to help supervise our kaitiaki rangers to succeed within the Sentinel A Nuku training programme. These positions will be based Te Taitokerau (Kaitaia) and Murihiku (Invercargill).
This is a 2-year fixed term programme.

He angitūtanga | About the Role
Sentinel A Nuku is a programme to prepare our kaitiaki rangers, the next generation of environment and conservation leaders and technical experts. This exciting programme is a concept and philosophy that integrates mÄtauranga MÄori and western science in conservation.
You will be supporting up to 4-6 kaitiaki rangers over a 2-year period.
You will be skilled in motivating and coaching team members, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident relationship builder who can get along with people from all walks of life.
You will thrive in a work environment that requires you to manage competing priorities, balance planned and reactive work and adapt to challenging and complex situations.
