Job Description

This role is responsible for:

  • Responding to enquiries (in person, by phone, email etc.), sourcing information, following up and providing responses in a timely manner
  • Being the primary point of contact for Students on issues including, but not limited to general course queries, class times, timetabling, payments, and visa requirements
  • Assisting with Student enrolment, Intakes and Orientations
  • Assisting in marketing activities and special events if required
  • Assisting with the administrative duties of programs across AE
  • Assisting Admissions team with applications 
  • Issuing student cards & official documentation
  • Liaising with other SSO’s & Managers at our Melbourne and Sydney campuses
  • Assisting with the management and resources of the library.
  • Participating in the overall continuous improvement of the department
