Job Description
This role is responsible for:
- Responding to enquiries (in person, by phone, email etc.), sourcing information, following up and providing responses in a timely manner
- Being the primary point of contact for Students on issues including, but not limited to general course queries, class times, timetabling, payments, and visa requirements
- Assisting with Student enrolment, Intakes and Orientations
- Assisting in marketing activities and special events if required
- Assisting with the administrative duties of programs across AE
- Assisting Admissions team with applications
- Issuing student cards & official documentation
- Liaising with other SSO’s & Managers at our Melbourne and Sydney campuses
- Assisting with the management and resources of the library.
- Participating in the overall continuous improvement of the department
