We are seeking an Year 5-12 College Services Administrator to join our Administration team.
This is a part time, permanent position commencing immediately. This position will be required to work across both our Pakenham and Berwick Campuses and is based at the Berwick Campus.
The Year 5-12 College Services Administrator is responsible for supporting administration needs primarily for the Year 5-12 sections and reports to the Assistant to the Campus Principal.
As a collaborative team player, the Year 5-12 College Services Administrator will provide a high standard of service to key groups within the College community.
The incumbent must posses excellent communication and sound administration, technical and organisational skils, along with an abilty to work under pressure with competing priorities.
The daily hours for this role are from 8:00am to 4:30pm Wednesday to Friday. In a standard school year the role commences 5 working days before the Teachers and concludes 2 working days after the Teachers finish for the year. The role is required to work one day durign each shcool holiday period.
