We are now seeking a passionate and driven Student Mentor to join the team. This role is open to applicants in both WA and NSW.

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Actively contacting each learner to progress through various milestones 
• Recording progress in MCI Institute's Student Management System 
• Mentoring, coaching and directing enrolled students to complete assessments 
• Work with peers and management to ensure student retention 

Key attributes of the successful candidate will include: 

• Confident and outgoing personality with excellent phone etiquette 
• Patient, attentive and high empathy skills to attend student needs and their development 
• Work autonomously and self-manage a schedule of outbound calls 
• Strong technical abilities to utilise and manage the Learning Management System 
• Ability to work as part of a team 
• Employment Services will be highly regarded 
• Teaching background will be highly regarded
