Our innovative learning methodologies include the use of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY as a key process in enabling effective problem solving, strategic planning and team development. We are now seeking a passionate and driven Student Mentor to join the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Actively contacting each learner to progress through various milestones
• Recording progress in MCI Institute's Student Management System
• Mentoring, coaching and directing enrolled students to complete assessments
• Work with peers and management to ensure student retention

Key attributes of the successful candidate will include:

• Confident and outgoing personality with excellent phone etiquette
• Patient, attentive and high empathy skills to attend student needs and their development
• Work autonomously and self-manage a schedule of outbound calls
• Strong technical abilities to utilise and manage the Learning Management System
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Counselling and/or Teaching background will be highly regarded
