The Role
As the Student Administration Officer you will be reporting to the Senior Student Administration Officer and will have responsibility for the end to end student life cycle at the College from admissions, orientation, enrolments, monitoring course progression, monitoring and recording of student attendance, ESOS compliance activities and the delivery of exams.
In addition, this role will provide a range of student administration services to the College offshore providers. The Student Administration officer will participate in short and long term planning for the provision of administrative services, provides procedural advice on policies as well as high level administrative support to the Manager.
Your background and experience
Tertiary qualification
2+ years of experience as an administrator within the Education sector
Knowledge of faculty regulations and policies relating to student administration functions and University services
Ability to prioritise and work efficiently and accurately in times of high pressure
Ability to exercise discretion and empathy with customer needs
Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective communication
Proven ability to provide quality service in a client oriented environment
