The Strategy Associate will be responsible for supporting the Chief Business Officer & Head of Strategy in better understanding Dr. Bill’s customers and business, defining and articulating our strategic direction and monitoring results. You will be responsible for generating and presenting high-priority deliverables for the Senior Management Team while ensuring Dr. Bill’s strategic narrative is well communicated and understood throughout the organization.

What will you do? 

Support Senior Management Team with strategic and financial analysis of existing business and new opportunities with thorough and relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Lead strategic support activities across the organization including market research, trend analysis, financial modelling and competitor/target assessments.

Build and present compelling deliverables to Senior Management Team, including evaluations and pitches of strategic plans. 

Perform market scans to identify potential acquisition / investment targets and identify market trends to inform strategy.

Support gathering, synthesis and communication of Dr. Bill financial information, including preparing material for monthly P&L reviews and annual/quarterly financial planning and forecasting. 

 

What do you need to succeed? 

Must Have 

3+ years of experience working in strategy consulting or similar

Extremely strong communication skills, with an ability to combine qualitative and quantitative data to independently create C-suite grade narratives in Microsoft PowerPoint

2+  years of financial modeling experience

Strong desire to execute and get into the details

A “roll up your sleeves” approach and attitude
