About the role
As a Strategic Workforce Analyst, you will research, develop and maintain an overview of the workforce coordination environment within Central District and provide advice on its effectiveness and direction to the District Leadership Team including analysis and best practice to enable efficient and effective optimum staffing levels which will maintain and improve the service to Central District.
You will be responsible for the overview of managing rosters in a fast-paced changeable environment whilst managing competing demands. You are self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and have a problem-solving mindset.
In this role, you will also be supervising staff and managing the workload of the team. You will need to lead by example and help keep the team motivated and engaged.
This role is based in Central DHQ based in Palmerston North and the successful applicant must reside in or near the area.
