The opportunity
We are looking for Strategic Communications Specialists to join our growing Strategic Communications team that supports our clients with communication solutions. You will work within the People Advisory Services team in our Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane offices. We are a growing team of strategists, story-tellers, and connecters who create meaningful experiences through strategic communications analysis, planning and creative content and campaigns. Our clients are diverse and growing, and we are proud to be building a better working world through communications.Â
This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis and can be performed from any capital city subject to skills and experience. As we actively bring best-practice and the art of the possible to our clients, it is not a requirement to have previous experience in professional services.

Your key responsibilities
•   You will work closely with our clients and relevant stakeholders to develop detailed communication strategies and plans to support the delivery of the communication projects and programs
•   Use and develop change and stakeholder insights to create meaningful campaigns
•   Coordinate and align communication messages and communication rollouts across multiple channels
•   Manage the creation and production of both online and offline creative communications material for a diverse range of channels
•   Utilise your experience to bring innovation and best practices to communication projects
•   Provide strategic communications advice to our clients and relevant stakeholders

Skills and attributes for success
•   Degree qualification in Communications or Marketing
•   Demonstrated experience working in strategic communications, change communications and/or other complex communication projects, such as crisis situations or a merger/acquisition
•   Proven experience working for a Marketing or Communications Agency, a Professional Services Firm or you have worked in industry
•   Highly developed communication and presentation skillsÂ
•   Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise your work and manage and exceed your relevant stakeholders’ expectations
•   Demonstrate a creative flare and embrace innovative approaches
•   Ability to lead, inspire and challenge
