Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Working one on one with the Team Leader 
• Liaising with all major stakeholders, including  strata councils, contractors and owners
• Oversee and schedule maintenance
• Answer phones – screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Attend to general written correspondence
