ifm electronic is an expanding worldwide leading manufacturer in the field of factory automation & process control technology.

Our NZ operations have an immediate vacancy for an experienced, full-time store person. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• 7.5 hours per day, 8:30 - 5pm, with 1 hour lunch break
• Monitoring & counting incoming UPS deliveries from our German HQ
• Stock replenishment into bins/shelves on a daily basis
• Picking & Packing goods for Courier & Customer pick-ups
• Weekly inventory checks, to locate stock discrepancies
• Maintaining a neat & tidy workplace

Requirements:

• To succeed in this role, you need to be reliable, physically fit, friendly and have a good work ethic  
• Someone who can work unsupervised & also as a team player
• Ability to work responsibly, independently & accurately 
• Be willing to learn 
• Good communication skills, and ideally familiar with using Excel, and familiarity with using a computer 
• An eye for detail is an important quality for this role
• Similarly is a high level of accuracy in everything you do

This is a part-time role, paid by the hour. 

• Position is located in our Penrose, Office in Auckland
