We’re currently looking for a Manager who can keep the flames burning in Hell. Here at Hell you will get to rule over your own set of Minions however, instead of torment and misery you’ll be tasked with helping them to reach their potential so that they can deliver our Hellishly good products to our loyal customers.

Managing a store full of Minions and providing great service to our Hell devotees could create some pressure so experience in the hospitality industry would be handy but not required. The Masters at HELL will provide extensive training to the right candidate.

 Description. 

• Lead by example, you set the standard for everyone else to follow
• The ability to take, make and hand over perfectly executed orders
• Staff management – Overseeing the Minions, planning and creating rosters
• Stock management – Managing ordering and food costs
• Health & Safety – Implementing & carrying out Health & Safety procedures
• Marketing & Promotions – Overseeing marketing and the execution of exciting Hell campaigns
• Customer service – High customer service standards, including customer recovery
• Financial duties – Cashing up and Banking duties
