Leading brand stocking the latest premium and high-end fashion products from local NZ businesses to global brands keeping up to the latest trends. Selling a wide range of products including women's, men's, homeware, footwear, giftware, jewelry, and youth. Rare opportunity to arise in their tier 1 store.

The role:

• Leading a team of 10 with the support of an Assistant Manager
• Coaching & leading the team to exceed sales targets & KPIs
• Managing rosters, recruitment & performance management
• Visual merchandising,  stock management & Loss Prevention
• Leading the way with exceptional customer service & styling advice
• Maintaining a positive & energetic work environment

Skills and attributes required:

• A fashion-forward, outgoing & warm persona 
• Effective stock management & administration skills
• 2+ years exp in management within a fashion retailer
• The ability to be a role model to a team of 10+
• Outstanding communication & relationship building skills
