Roles & Responsibilities
Supplier resources will be performing the below tasks as part of this engagement based on available capacity and prioritization by the Customer Manager:
Core Operational Support
Compliance activities
Defect fixes and small enhancements
Construct code to match the requirements for the tasks assigned
Work on Customer requests which may include requirement analysis design specification deployable code with unit tested code base and Test logs
Unit Test the code
Support QA Testing UA Testing and Production Deployment processes
