Detailed Job Description:

• 15+ years  of extensive IT experience in testing of various applications in eCommerce, WMS and SCM areas of retail domain.
• Must have hands on exp. on Retail Domain Projects ( Ecommerce, WMS, WMS, SFCC  etc.).
• Understanding of  business process flow retail supply chain area.
• Must have some experience in driving Automation and technology transformation in earlier projects.
• Drive Transformation and Test Automation for across multiple projects for client delight and delivery excellence.
• Experience in Managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
• Experience in on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Experience in handling full testing life cycle ownership and successful project delivery which includes requirement analysis to successful go live for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
• Manage all the QA activities of multiple tracks to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Participate in establishing QA practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
• Prepare QA estimates and detailed QA plan for all phases of the project.
• Manage the day-to-day QA activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings.
• Daily coordination with offshore on test design & execution  defect resolution.
• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
• Prepare Testing Status reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team.
• Shall be available to attend Vancouver office in near future when office will be open.
