 What do you need to succeed?

 Required Skills:

Primary Skill: Healthcare Domain, Web Portal, HP ALM, JIRA

Secondary Skill:  Facets, EDI, Selenium

Roles & Responsibilities:

•            The associate should possess very good knowledge on UI/Portal testing, Functional validation and preferably should have experience in Vlocity/Salesforce implementation

•            Should have in-depth understanding of Healthcare domain, preferably Facets claims/membership, EDI skills and complete understanding on the testing lifecycle process

•            Should be able to handle Sprint planning & estimations with Project Manager

•            Ability to define test Strategy and sprint test scenarios

•            Hands-on testing experience with 3rd party integrations and customizations

•            Ability to clearly review healthcare product upgrade features, determine the impacts and define the test plans accordingly

•            Strong SQL Knowledge

•            Should be capable of mentoring the team and should be adaptable for any sort of functional system testing needs

•            Should have expertise in HP ALM, JIRA and complete understanding on the defect management process

•            Experience in SFDC QA automation (either using selenium or any other tool)

•            Should be capable of preparing and reporting daily status report attending triage meetings and ensure to log the execution risks in a timely fashion coordinating with onshore offshore.

•            Should possess strong communication and presentation skills and would be required to handle customer calls test design results walkthrough.
