Mandatory Skill Set:

• Excellent Knowledge on Pharmacy dispensing applications (or related PMS) and able to perform the following core modules  - Drop-off/Data Entry, Prescription creation, Refill, Cancel / Modify prescriptions, Workflow, store configurations, label validation, Drug ordering / Receiving and Batch fill.
• Knowledge on retail supply chain complete process.
• Experience in Mobile Testing, GKE, Cloud SQL and Web Services.
• Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Robot Framework, AutoIT and Selenium libraries etc.) and Script development and maintenance using Python, AutoIT and Selenium libraries.
• Ability to perform test on Pharmacy peripherals such as workstations, Thermal / Laser label printers and Scanners to ensure these devices are working fine on every service pack upgrades.
• Intermediate level SQL query skills to test the solution provided at the database level for PMS and related applications.
• Experience working with Service Now, JIRA and Confluence.

 Secondary Skill: API, GCP along with Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Robot Framework and Selenium libraries etc.) and Script development and maintenance using Python, AutoIT and Selenium libraries 

 Job Role/Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and Estimate testing effort / Scope.
• Participate in all activities of the complete SDLC process, including formal written documentation and interaction with customers
• Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the appropriate test patterns.
• Interact with customers and technical developers to understand their configurations and environments.
• Create, design, develop, and document test Strategy/plan/Test Design/Test cases based on technical requirements.
• Walkthrough the Test strategy and Test design documents with Business to get their feedbacks / approvals.
• Provide support to Business during their UAT test and walkthrough the QA results on request basis.
• Work with a team to ensure each deliverable meets quality and timeline goals
• Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes
• Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery
• Collaborate with other QA teams to accomplish all daily QA tasks on time with a high level of quality.
• Ability to work independently in agile/scrum environment and Lead testing with various teams.
• Experience in all phases of testing, Smoke/Sanity, System, System Integration, Regression and UAT testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with Stakeholders and Senior Management.
• Very strong leadership and coordination skills, Chair meetings like daily stand ups, status meetings, Triage meetings and troubleshooting calls
