Required Skills:

•    20+ yrs. software industry expertise with 10+ yrs. of Account & Program management exposure 
•    Very strong leader to drive strategies, digital transformation initiatives and execute complex program implementation
•    Hands on experience on Business Development, Test Program management and stakeholder relationship
•    General Insurance domain with Property & Casualty (or) Life and Retirement
•    Experience in building and managing SLA & KPIs
•    PMP Certified
•    Background on automation is a plus

•    E2E Knowledge on Account Mgmt Processes, Tools Estimation & Resource Planning, Risk Management, Program Change Management and Project Management
•    Expert in Business Development, Solution Structuring, Pricing & Licensing Models, Service Management, Program Contracting, Profitability Management
•    Strong experience handling and defining implementation methodologies
•    Able to work independently, take decisions and provide oversight & directions to QA implementation programs
•    Effective stakeholder management, client relationship handling, thought leadership processing and hosting/driving executive leadership connects
•    Build and derive test strategy, estimation, reporting and metrics and root cause analysis reports
•    Apt knowledge on Test Management, Defect Management/Lifecycle, Test Panning & Estimation
•    Good communication skills, client handling capabilities and flexible in support
