What will you do?

• Lead centralized NIE analysis and provide comprehensive, in-depth and timely analytical support through developing financial summaries and presentations to FA’s and senior management
• Establish and lead a centre of subject matter expertise with focus on deep dive analysis of all cost lines to assist finance team in various cost initiatives and decision making process
• Provide analytical support of Functions charges to Platforms for Actuals, Forecast, Plan and 5YO
• Prepare and review monthly disclosures and variance analysis packages for Enterprise Performance Management and Financial Control teams
• Manage weekly estimates process and oversee centralized adjustments
• Support all schedules for executive presentations and monthly Flash Reports for senior management
• Communicate effectively with senior management and ensure that issues are raised and addressed in a timely manner
• Participate in special projects and analysis of a financial nature as required
• Seek out streamlining opportunities and reporting best practices and implement as appropriate
• Other activities as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis and reporting

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Accounting designation (CPA) or Finance (CFA or MBA) with 5+ years of relevant finance experience (or closely related function)
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to details, ability to assess materiality and summarize findings
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment with competing priorities
• Experience in management reporting and analysis, stakeholder interactions and relationship management
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various ranks of Finance leaders and team members
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including VBA coding and modelling experience, Power Point and other MS Office applications

Nice-to-Have

• Working experience and knowledge of EPM Cognos/TM1 finance systems
