WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY
An experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join our growing team to help us support cutting-edge identity and access management services and tools, specifically the enterprise-wide SailPoint-IIQ application.
What will you do?
- Provide Operational Support to internal clients at all levels of management for access reviews and access request provisioning
- Determine incident severity and escalate issues accordingly.
- Respond to and remediate incidents as required; escalating when appropriate
- Accountable for consultation and issue resolution as first point of inquiry/escalation and problem resolution for Access Manager provisioning/procurement related activities.
- Identification & documentation of escalations/gaps/trends to reduce problem re-occurrences
- Work with members of the wider AMO team to drive solutions to open problems
- Perform QA testing on behalf of Operations for production releases
- Identify and report security risks in accordance to our RBC Standards
- Oversee enforcement of access review completions
- Provide key access reports and statistics to management and audit in support of RBC access reviews
- Assist senior management with annual reviews of assignment information in support of RBC’s policy requirement
- Escalate, track and report on issues raised to completion
- Hands on day to day operational review involvement
- Provide guidance and input to IAM program on key management issues from RBC to ensure they are raised and tracked.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 3-5 years’ work and/or education in IT security or a related field
- Experience with provisioning and access management
- Broad knowledge of the IAM domain.
- Strong technical understanding in a variety of hardware and software platforms.
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Intermediate understanding of ITIL process concepts
- Strong Knowledge of Information Security trends and best practices
Nice-to-have
- Sail Point: IdentityIQ (IIQ) experience
- Intermediate Access Manager Tool
- Intermediate Excel Skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, basic macros, etc.);
- Professional certifications, e. g. CISSP.
- IT standards, methodologies, CMM & audit requirements.
