WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health and Safety, the Senior Coordinator, HR-Health and Safety Reporting is responsible for extracting, processing and interpreting data to create and produce a wide range of reports and presentations for various management teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Perform reports on a weekly and monthly basis for internal and external clients
• Manage and analyze H&S data – identify trends and assist in establishing root cause
• Take appropriate decisions and actions to ensure data integrity
• Respond to requests from report users regarding interpretation of data
• Be proactive in identifying and communicating unusual data fluctuations
• Train and support users on the right way to use data
• Other related tasks
