Responsibilities:
- Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for Salesforce system integrations and customizations
- Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications
- Responsible for developing custom Salesforce applications and code to enable customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
- Writes, tests, analyzes, and implements high quality code according to specifications
- Define and monitor compliance with code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes using version control systems
- Integrations and/or Connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications are developed and/or maintained
- Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
- Create actionable technical documentation based on gathered business requirements, solution decisions
- Assist with scoping and planning of various CRM related projects and initiatives
Skills Required:
- 3+ years Salesforce Development experience
- Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud experience is a definite asset
- Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions that may include form point-and-click configurations, workflows and flows, APEX triggers, Custom Web Services, Visualforce pages, Lightning (Aura and LWC)
- Strong hands-on experience in developing with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Version Management & Source control tools (DevOps)
- Highly confident in the utilization of Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX (CLI)
- Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling to develop complex business logic solutions and interfaces
- 1 or more of the following Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a bonus
