Facilitates the development and articulation horizontal regulatory strategies and their delivery:
- Collaborates with RSD Design Authority, Regulatory Architecture, Regulatory Champions, and other stakeholders to understand the current and future pipeline of Regulatory change to identify trends and potential gaps in P&CB regulatory horizontal capabilities: technical, business change, and/or risk advisory capabilities.
- Support the development of various strategies to address current and future regulatory capability demands
- Develop and maintain capability roadmaps to address current and future needs and goals
- Support the development of thought leadership on behalf of Regulatory Delivery providing perspectives on vision, imperatives, operational excellence, and business models to drive value and efficiency within the Regulatory domain
Measures and Monitors Benefits from Existing and Emerging Regulatory Initiatives:
- Works with the Business Owner of projects to forecast the value of Regulatory Initiatives: horizontal capability development and/or Regulatory programs.
- Maintains project benefit (financial and non-financial) information on regulatory initiatives
- Provides an independent and objective viewpoint across the Regulatory Portfolio throughout the Benefit Management process: managing relationships with Business Owners while ensuring that accurate/impartial information is conveyed to Regulatory & Investment Review Boards to enable decision-making on prioritization.
- Tracks and reports on benefits across the portfolio of initiatives
- Supports reporting of benefits generated by the portfolio back to the overall portfolio strategy and goals
Regulatory Communications
- Develop communications to support the discussion and advancement and evolution of the Regulatory Delivery and Strategy team and a horizontal delivery capability within P&CB
- Maintain and deliver and internal communication plan
- Develop the annual communication plan and calendar with vehicles, audience, dates
- Develop work back schedules for individual communications events (draft agenda, identify stakeholders, coordinate meetings)
- Manage the development and review cycle for each communication deliverable following the RSD Communication workbook
- Create final deliverables based on content sourced from stakeholders: Written communications / designing slide decks & diagrams for visual understanding
- Archive and maintain a library of completed communications and visual templates
- Manage RSD digital properties to ensure the RSD's stakeholders can access the right information
- Creating new ways for users to access data easily, from SharePoint lists to sub-site areas.
- Ensure content is regularly refreshed to maintain currency and accuracy of information
- Solidifying communication lines to stakeholders by designing easy-to-understand infographics, and accessible web platforms.
- Providing JIT communications assistance for the VP RSD Group with written messaging and visual branding
- Quartering reporting of key communication metrics and KPIs
- Supports development of RSD regular enterprise strategy activities, including the support of Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews, Board and Operating Committee Reporting
Works in a highly collaborative and integrated manner with business, technology, and functional partners to coordinate strategy development, execution and performance management.
