What is the opportunity?
As Specialized Enablement Coach for Private Bankers, you will advance sales and service capability to drive revenue through improved sale and service effectiveness and client experience performance.
You will embed and sustain strategic initiatives. You will lead and coach to the effective application of an exceptional and personal client experience, practice management activities & routines, sales and service practices, One RBC partnering and business development nationally for both new to role and tenured Private Bankers. What will you do?
Champion practice management behaviours, acquisition activities; promote delivery of a coordinated client relationship/contact strategy involving the client relationship team and referrals to partners that deliver optimal client experience and business outcomes
Collaborate with market leaders to identify opportunities in sales performance and provide prioritized and targeted support to enhance performance
Act as subject matter expert on key sales tactics: coach & skill build to practice management activities & routines, sales activity planning, market acquisition activities, advice tools and other enablers
Provide diagnostic support on individual Private Banker execution effectiveness of key sales activities and, where required, coach and support action plans to enhance capabilities, effectiveness and productivity
Collaborate with other national partners to identify client loyalty opportunities in business performance and provide prioritized and targeted coaching to enhance performance
Promote delivery of professional client service standards
Facilitate group training workshops
Share best practices and feedback with regional leaders facilitating ongoing knowledge transfer across the business
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
Proven experience as a successful relationship manager preferably as a Private Banker
Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication ability and strong impact and influence competencies
A growth mindset

embrace change and see the possibilities
Comfortable coaching to business development strategy and practice management as much as on technical pieces
