The successful candidate will hold a key role within the Multi-Dwelling Unit Neighbourhood Marketing territory deployment strategy. A background in analytics, strategy, planning, presentation, project management and business leadership are required for this position. 

 Job Duties/Accountabilities:

• Lead the execution of the territory deployment strategy with inputs to ensure optimization 
• Manage data transformation to supply campaign accurate & up to date information through SalesForce CRM tool
• Work within various database environments to create and deliver data ensuring accuracy and territory quality with equitable opportunity
• Investigate and work towards the resolution process for data issues
• Analyze and evaluate territory and channel performance 
• Effectively manage results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholders
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives while identifying incremental opportunity (ie. New-to-footprint, new construction, etc.)
• Ensure integrity, compliance and the optimal performance of current sales lead activity guidelines using databases and Salesforce.com
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and build on relationships with cross-functional groups such as Business Intelligence, Marketing and Operations

 Critical Qualifications:

• Strong data analytics & problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions.
• Proficiency in MS suite, specifically MS Excel Power Queries and Macros
• Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, Tableau, Teradata, Power BI etc. 
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization. 
• Solid business analytics and financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Salesforce SalesCloud Experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• A University Degree focusing on Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
• SalesForce Admin experience
• GIS Visualization skills - dashboard creation and GIS/geospatial analysis
• Experience in territory planning and workforce management
