Reporting to the Senior Manager, SMB Business Process, we are searching for a high performing, experienced leader with knowledge of the business wireline and /or wireless segments, a passion for driving positive change, analytics, project management and process design. 

 The ideal candidate will partner with cross functional teams across the business to dive into existing and new processes, deliver root cause analysis, provide innovative recommendations for process redesigns and build out business cases and metrics to support investments.  

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Build out communication and implementation plans to maximize benefits of process investments
  • Leverage data, feedback from channels and strong understanding of sales process and tools to provide recommendations for process optimization
  • Partner with channel teams to establish a roadmap and advocate for tool / process enhancements
  • Create governance for projects and act as a front door for the SMB Sales Team for key process changes and projects
  • Create executives level presentations that highlight needs assessment, opportunities and metrics associated with existing and new sales initiatives
  • Establish tracking and reporting of benefits and ROI on key programs

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in comparable roles i.e. business analytics, strategy, process management, consulting
  • University degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
  • Experience in the small and medium sales environment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and understand trends; able to summarize data and translate insights into actionable plans. Advanced excel is a must, SAS would be beneficial
  • Strong problem solver with ability to look at complex problems from many perspectives and establish an actionable recommendation
  • Highly motivated and able to proactively seek out innovative approaches to business challenges
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal (ability to effectively communicate and present to people at all levels)
