As a key member of the Subscriber Modelling & Forecasting team, you will be responsible for monitoring current subscriber & sales performance while also identifying new opportunities through analysis of market trends and historical data.  This role will focus on developing models that will be the foundation for strategic decision-making across multiple products and market segments.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Weekly sales trajectory monitoring and forecasting across all segments
  • Identify insights & opportunities for growth by analyzing historical channel, and customer segment sales data
  • Lead deep dive analysis and tell compelling stories with numbers that will drive strategic decision-making to executives
  • Analyze offer and campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Support quarterly planning cycle with forecasting, competitive insight and target setting
  • Work cross functionally to influence change with key stakeholder groups (marketing, pricing, channel, marcomm, operations, product, etc.)

What we’re looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree B.A, MA, MBA – Marketing, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics or Finance
  • Experience with SAS, SQL, Microstrategy, Tableau.  
  • Previous experience in creating forecasts, modelling, and insight analysis
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Passion for presenting and sharing results and insights (peers, senior leaders and executives)
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities on a regular basis
  • Enjoys working within a high energy team
  • Telecom experience would be an asset
  • MBA or professional designation (CPA, CFA) would be an asset
