 Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical and strategic thinker to develop programs to retain our high value base. Our aim is to develop high ROI proactive and reactive campaigns with segmented targeting based on customer risk and value. If you are passionate about results, driven by understanding performance trends and drivers, and creative in solution building, then this is a great opportunity for you.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute loyalty programs end-to-end in order to retain our customer base
  • Analyze the customer base to determine targeting for upgrade campaigns by segmenting customers
  • Determine new areas of opportunity to reduce churn, building business cases & leading implementation of these new strategies
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Pricing, Marcom and Business Intelligence to execute campaigns – SMS, email, mail, IVR messages, outbound calls, etc.
  • Complete deep dive analyses. Create and execute recommendations to improve trends when required
  • Creative executive level presentations and share results, insights, and action plans
  • Complete post mortems to draw insight on how campaigns can be improved and create new ideas for pilots based on key learnings
  • Investigate churn drivers through SAS / Tableau Visual Analytics / Microstrategy based on Executive requests, presenting findings to Director and VP teams

 Qualifications

  • A university degree with at least 2+ years of relevant business experience
  • Proven experience in analytics – ability to gather, organize, and manipulate data
  • Strong ability to interpret data in order to deliver clear and concise insights to various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Naturally inquisitive about results – a desire to understand and improve performance
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Advanced knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
  • Motivated and driven to exceed the status quo
