Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Bell deliverables in Preferred Buildings post contract signing through to successful installation of all building residents
- Work with various internal Bell teams, including network, field services, product and technology to ensure successful Bell service delivery
- Build relationships with external Property Managers and Condo Corporations to ensure a clear understanding of the Bell Preferred Building process as well as support the overall needs of the building during project implementation
- Collect, assess and disseminate accurate key performance metrics to different stakeholders
- Maintain an on-site presence during key execution milestones for all buildings
- Take a leadership role in advocating the needs of the Channel Operations team within the larger Bell Canada organization

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- University business discipline
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (written and oral)
- 2 years experienced with technical specs such as IP Networks
- A history of successful project management
- Intermediate Excel skills
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
