Bell’s Field Services team is proud to be the face of the Bell brand, performing the best installation and repair services and maintaining Bell’s network for our residential and business customers. 

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Test Centre, the successful incumbent must have a strong understanding of data modelling, the ability to meet tight timelines, the self-determination to drive results, and experience presenting to the Director level and above.
 Your responsibilities will include identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements to improve Key Performance Indicators. The successful candidate must be able to delve deeply into complex business problems, then create and implement long-term solutions to improve overall business unit performance.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Provide statistical data/root cause analysis of trends signifying the presence of a process opportunity that will positively impact performance and improve customer experience
  • Work closely and in collaboration with partners in Operations, Project Delivery, and Product Management to identify and resolve barriers to performance and implement solutions
  • Prepare detailed presentations, supported by data and analytics, to communicate findings to senior management
  • Produce and communicate results as required to support the business
     

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and data mining skills, with an acute attention to detail
  • Proven track record in analytics and process improvement
  • Ability to see beyond the symptoms of a business issue
  • Ability to apply analytics to create solutions in a logical and effective manner
  • Proven ability to put analysis into a business context and clearly articulate implications and recommendations
  • Above-average negotiation, interpersonal, and communications skills to facilitate implementation of solutions with partners
  • Autonomous and disciplined self-starter who can deliver solid results in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
  • Proficient in data analytic systems such as MSSQL, Oracle, and SAS
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint
