 Within the Small Medium Business team, the Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for the end-to-end analysis, development, and implementation of marketing programs aimed at generating sales of these aforementioned services. 

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic thinker who is well versed in the principles of marketing, analytics and project management to join our Small Medium Business marketing team.  The successful candidate will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, and will work cross-functionally to develop strategies & campaigns that deliver profitable growth for the small medium business segment. 

The successful candidate will work in a high profile, dynamic, and challenging environment. This individual will be accountable for a wide array of marketing initiatives including the following: quarterbacking mass campaigns, executing direct tactics, developing the digital strategy, supporting channel tactics, and much more.

 Responsibilities:

  • Quarterback campaigns and programs, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop and execute a 4P strategy  
  • Develop strategies to drive market share in our best network locations (Fibre to the Business and 5G)
  • Lead campaign and market analytics, constantly looking for opportunities to optimize current programs and drive results
  • Create compelling and strategic presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment from executive team and key stakeholders
  • Partner with sales channels to ensure Salesforce and other CRM tools are updated and actioned
  • Work with leading B2B service providers to create powerful value propositions that establish Bell as a trusted partner to SMBs
  • Support weekly campaign reporting, highlighting trends and identifying channel / market opportunities
  • Assess results on a daily basis to make recommendations to improve short-term and long-term performance
  • Lead the quarterly sales and marketing strategic plan across marketing and sales teams
  • Launch and optimize a wide variety of marketing tactics including direct mail and email campaigns, mass campaigns, digital tactics, outbound telemarketing
  • Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities (i.e. new programs, campaigns, segments, targeting opportunities, data sources etc.) to maximize sales
  • Lead large cross-functional teams to drive focus on priority programs and deliver marketing targets

 Qualifications

  • A university degree with at least 2+ years of relevant Marketing/Strategy experience
  • Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
  • Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, and an ability to tell actionable stories
  • Expert in relationship management and collaboration
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing across all media types including direct mail, online, etc.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented and pro-active
  • Customer-focused, team player, innovative and self-motivated
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adjust to changing priorities, with proven organizational and project management skills
