Description

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will provide superlative after sales support to our customers and dealers to ensure spare parts and technical support is delivered in full, on time.

Strive to exceed customer expectations through a deep technical knowledge of our markets, products and valued users.

You will:

• Manage and process enquiries and orders from Customers
• Prioritise workload to ensure orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched with appropriate documentation
• Manage and process enquiries and orders from customers
• Provide technical knowledge and support to enquiries from customers, dealers and all Trimax entitie
• Use knowledge of the market, our products and customer feedback to make recommendations for the continuous improvement of our customer service
• Manage and process inwards goods
• Identify trends within inventory consumption and make recommendations for stock holding
• Ensure all stock transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of efficiency and professionalism when dealing with Trimax customers and suppliers

You will bring:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers and staff
• Sound understanding of parts drawings
• Sound numeric, computer (excel and word) and literacy skills
• Warehousing and dispatch experience
• Forklift Licence
• Can do attitude
