The Hangar has been a staple in West Auckland for the past 15 years for Food & Drink. When it comes to events, we go Big! We can hold 400+ people, with a massive separate Mezzanine area for private functions, the biggest weekly Pub Quiz night in the entire country, and an overall versatile area, used for Sports Events, Celebrations and After Work Get-Togethers.

​About you:  

• ​Experience in completing weekly and monthly stocktakes  
• ​Ability to complete menu costings and assist the head chef in creating menus  
• ​Ability to complete daily ordering of food, and invoicing  
• ​Experience in completing food control plans and checks  
• A clear communicator  
• ​Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cookery and in a leadership capacity 
• ​Results focused and has good time management skills
