 The role:

 You will act as a technical lead, designing and owning the implementation of game changing AWS based solutions across a range of client types and industries including Public Sector, SaaS and Finance.

  A snap-shot of your day:

• Working with clients to understand application and technical requirements.
• Deliver complex, business aligned, AWS based solutions for application and technical architectures.
• Providing architectural design input into next generation cloud solutions leveraging IaaS, PaaS and Serverless architecture.
• Drive adoption of DevOps processes and tools.
• Act as a technical lead to a results driven team of architects and engineers.

About you:

We’re on the hunt for both experienced and aspiring Solution Architects looking to take the next step in their career.

To take up the challenge, you will have a depth of skills and experience including: 

• Deep understanding across a range of AWS products, knowing where and when they’re best to implement.
• Experience in acting as a project technical lead.
• Sound judgement and pragmatic approach to delivering AWS architectures that balance customer needs, business constraints and technology.
• An understanding of software application architecture and development principles.
• Experience in DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions in different. environments, be it small and niche all the way to large enterprises.
• A good knowledge of networking and security.
• Solid Linux and Windows admin skills.
• Experience implementing highly available solutions.
• Experience in application deployment and release management (CI/CD).
• A natural curiosity to learn and develop, not only personally but those around you.
