Knowledge Mining & Insights (KMI) team within MSAI is hiring for strong software engineers. The team works on Viva Topics Definitions, Key Phrase extractions and Graph Intelligence. KMI team is the "Center of Excellence for Knowledge Mining in MSAI". The role involves building next set of intelligence features scaling to large number of for M365 customers. The team is at the center of Innovation, and delivering very strong impact on monetizable features in M365 like Viva Topics. You will be empowered to drive innovation by coming up with new and exciting ideas to creatively solve issues, as well as actively look for opportunities to improve the design, interface, and architecture of O365 micro-services. You will exemplify technical excellence, inclusiveness, teamwork, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting set of projects lined up which includes but not limited to

• Build scalable & performant services to power Knowledge Mining features.
• Build offline data processing pipelines.
• Work on M36 features like Viva Topics, Graph Intelligence, Knowledge Mining scenarios.

Qualifications

• B.S or M.S in Computer Science or related technical fields
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development
• Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills
• Strong Expertise in Coding & Designing highly performant systems
• A focus on detail and being result oriented
• Excellent debugging skills
• Great collaboration working with teams across the globe
