Responsibilities;

As an Engineer within the Pandora Manufacturing Technology Innovation team, you will be responsible for understanding the product vision, empathizing business pain points and user stories in the product backlog, and we want you to bring your expertise, knowledge, ideas, entrepreneurial spirit and experience to make a significant impact by building the right things driving the business and also building the things right with technology and security mindset.

You will work closely with agile Product development, other Manufacturing Technology team to ensure excellence in how quality is delivered at each sage of the iteration build cycle.

This also includes delivery of our new Digital Strategy and Crafting & Supply Strategy 2026 and the ambition of creating the SMART factory and Data-driven organization. Engineer will work together with Innovation & Product Development and back office teams (HR & Finance) including the collaboration with other functional teams to establish a new agile delivery engine to cross-functionally realize the strategic ambitions.

Your key accountabilities will be to:

• Work closely with product manager, business analyst and lead of engineer to ensure your understanding the product vision and user stories or business requirements
• Convert the solution design into the manageable functions or modules ensuring each element can be coded, tested and easily maintained
• Develop either new application or enhance the existing application components
• Migrate the legacy including data to new system to ensure the delivered solution will work properly
• Track, organize and document the changes according to programming code through a source control system
• Perform Unit Testing to validate code meets requirements and design
• Conduct Regression Testing to ensure previous functionalities remain intact when new functionality is introduced
• Conduct Performance Testing to ensure solution robustness and responsiveness meet with defined non-functional requirements
• Conduct code review with Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager and Solution Architect ensuring your deliverables comply with Pandora engineering standards
• Collaborate with Operations team if technical solution may be required to support incident & problem management
• Participate and contribute to all agile ceremonies such as daily stand up meeting, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demo and retrospective

Qaulifications;

• 3-5 years’ experience in software, web or mobile application development with agile mindset through applying the agile principles to the outcomes, while leveraging the agile manifesto for the work
• UX/UI and Design Thinking experienced would be an advantage
• Full of positive energy, creativities and eager to learn new technologies
• Knowledge/ experience on following programming languages and technologies; React, Django, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Angular or C#.NET, MS SQL, MySql, Cloud-based technology
• Good team player, proactive, and structured. Ability to ensure progress and commitment to deadlines
• Strong communication skills and analytical approach
• Be a self-starter with the ability to deliver on tight deadline
