Bell’s forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers. We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
Develop models to translate data into actionable insights
Design and develop AI/ML models within Workforce Management to bring decision making to the next level
Track model performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, and techniques
Deliver solutions with measurable results and benefits to the business overall
Define key metrics for measuring the success of the project
Translating business imperatives into data-centered questions to be able to quantify and evaluate them
Find business opportunities with AI/ML techniques and models by leveraging big data
Critical Qualifications / Competencies:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
Over 2 years experience designing and implementing data science solutions
Advanced Python skills
Experience in deployment and operationalizing AI/ML projects
Experience in using Python for AI/ML (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Facebook Prophet)
Experience with backend frameworks such as Django or Flask
Knowledge of AI/ML practices and experience applying them to real datasets
Experience with SQL or NoSQL database products (MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Must be versatile and quick to learn new languages, packages, and frameworks
Ability to leverage insights and opportunities from data and metrics to build strategies and make recommendations
Team player with excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Experience with source control management tools such as Git along with GitHub, Gitlab or Bitbucket
Experience with R, Java, C, C++, an asset
Experience with Docker and or Kubernetes, an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
