About the Team:
The Serve team combines the expertise of operational and service transformation professionals who connect and empower our people and customers through innovative service experiences. The incumbent will join a dynamic team, which is accountable to deliver solutions for Bell internal users helping Sales and Service Transformation.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent of this position is a Application Developer who will have to contribute in several phases of the software life cycle such as planning, design, conception and implementation of several applications. The incumbent will establish a vision and roadmap for several solutions influencing multiple domains driving by desire to improve service experiences continuously.

- As part of the Bell Transformation team, developers will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions for internal customers within Bell Business Markets and supporting important programs defined by business analysts
Job Duties/ Accountabilities:
- Designs automated software solutions in accordance with enterprise leading practices and design principles
- Assists in the collection and documentation of solution design requirements
- Builds and test automation processes including integration and unit testing
- Analyzes and resolves automation software issues were required
- Participates in peer review of solution designs
- Supports business process owners during user acceptance testing
- Identifies and communicates risks associated with process automation candidates
- Supports skills transfer by mentoring newly trained resources on best practices and development techniques
- Supports production deployment processes and performance testing
- Bug fixing and maintenance of released application
Critical Skills / Competencies:
- College or Bachelor’s level degree in Information technology, Computer science, Software engineering, or Computer engineering
- General understanding of IT standards, network concepts (OSI model, basic network principles, etc.)
- Good knowledge of software architecture patterns & practices
- Good knowledge of microservice architecture and containers
- Strong development competence of following languages C#, .Net core, Angular, java script is required
- Strong SQL and stored procedure knowledge is required.
- Good understanding of SSRS
- 2-5 years of industry and development experience
- Awareness of agile methodology and change management disciplines
- Possesses good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
- Comfortable working in a dynamic team
