Social Attitudes - Monday 31st January: 10:00-10:45am, 1-1:45pm, or 2-2:45pm

What is the aim of the project?
The major aim of this project is to examine social attitudes among adults.

What types of participants are being sought?
University students who identify as European 

What will participants be asked to do?
Should you agree to take part in this project you will complete a few questionnaires of social attitudes before and after experimental task. The task will require you follow experimenter’s instructions.

How long will it take?
The tasks should take about 45 minutes to complete. You will be compensated for this time with a $15 new world voucher.

Can participants change their mind and withdraw from the project?
You may withdraw from the project at any time and without disadvantage to yourself.

What data or information will be collected and what use will be made of it?
In this project we are collecting data regarding your perception and understanding of emotion. Once all the data have been collected they will be averaged across all participants to gain some idea of how aging affects people’s empathy and theory of mind.

Results of this project may be published, but any data included will be in no way linked to any specific participant; the data are collected and stored without any identifying information.

You are most welcome to request a copy of the results should you want to.
