The opportunity

We run a hands-on property team and supporting the venue business. We have a $4m project to deliver over the next 12-18 months.

Reporting to the Property Director, the role includes:   

• Working closely with the Project Architect and consultants to resolve construction details
• Delivering award winning quality construction
• Delivering high quality finishes
• Co-ordinating site operations including contractors and employees
• Daily site management administration 
• Keeping to a general construction program timeline 

Your requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years' experience
• Proven capability to deliver residential/commercial projects in excess of $5m contract value
• You must display leadership qualities with the ability to work with a range of different personalities and cultures
• Work well in a team
• A genuine interest in and passion for  construction
• Professional or trade qualifications
• Proficiency in site management OHS/HSE management
• Proficiency in basic site management software and email correspondence
• Build to within budget estimated requirements
