Your new role
As an experienced Site Manager you will be responsible for all day to day running of a build. This will involve working with trades to uphold the delivery of high quality and ensuring jobs are progressing on time. These relationships are ongoing partnerships so you must be an excellent communicator that is able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage your builds.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous leadership experience on a commercial build site is essential. Ideally you will be a qualified builder and a good eye for detail goes without saying. You will be personable as relationships are key, from the teams you manage on site to stakeholders including subcontractors, suppliers and ultimately the client.
