Civardi Furniture is an Australian joinery manufacturer who specialises in high end commercial and residential fitouts. Our business is  based in Rydalmere and has earned a reputation of being one of Australia's top manufacturers of quality custom joinery. 

We are now looking to add a new Project Manager and an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to our team.

For the Site Manger / Site Supervisor role, we are looking for a candidate with trade qualifications and at least 3+ years experience in managing commercial joinery fitout installation on site. This role will involve:

• supervision of the site crew and working closely with the project management team
• taking responsibility for and overseeing job installation of joinery fitout projects on site
• working with builders and other trades to coordinate works and ensure project time lines are achieved
• attending site meetings and ensuring compliance with site safety requirements requirements
• Site Supervisor role involves some on tools work

The Project Manager role would suit an individual who has a solid background in joinery or cabinetmaking and site experience, and some experience in project management and estimating. 

This role will involve:

• coordination of the project through project tendering/estimating, production and manufacturing to site installation
• preparing projects for handover to the production team for manufacture
• working with project scheduling and procurement, including sample generation and subcontractors
• working to meet project requirements and handover of the project including interaction with builders and other trades

For both roles, we are looking for an individual who:

• has strong organisation skills and who is willing to take on responsibility
• is able to provide solutions to problems with a positive attitude
• has strong leadership skills and is easy to work with in a team environment
• will represent Civardi positively with clients and takes pride in the work completed
