An opportunity now exists for a Senior Site Manager to join the business. They have several projects in the pipeline around $30M and need an additional to site manager to front one of these builds and in order to be considered, your background will consist of:

• A trade or tertiary background
• Proven experience delivering commercial projects of $20M plus from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor in NZ
• Strong construction programming knowledge
• Strong IT skills
• Stability on your CV is preferable
• Be well presented
• Lead from the front and possess strong client relationship skills
