The Role:

This is a hands on role reporting to the PM, leading the site activities but will at times involve being on the tools. You need to be able to communicate with an array of sub – contractors, the client, the client PM Rep and other consultants. You will need to understand concrete and steel construction, reading plans and working with technology for updating and ensuring programming is met.

Your Background:

As an applicant, you are carpentry trade qualified and will have excellent hands-on carpentry skills developed in the commercial construction sector worked on commercial sites. You maybe a leading hand and be looking for the next step up. You should have a strong understanding of build processes, experienced with concrete piling through to finishings.

You have an eye for detail, quality is high in your mind as well as using your initiative, you have an appetite to learn and take ownership for a tidy site and the timeliness of delivery of build milestones
