Nu Skin Enterprises is a global direct selling company offering 200 plus personal care and health products, in over 50 global markets. We are known for our down to earth, fun and energetic company culture and are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team.

This is a full-time position and will be reporting directly to the Warehouse and Customer Operations Manager.  The warehouse is based in Auckland and is operational  Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for:

• Picking & packing orders in a timely manner
• Loading shelves
• Inventory accuracy
• Receiving & dispatching as required
• Ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and clean
• Assisting with ad hoc admin duties
• Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed at all times
• May be asked to help assist distributors and provide face-to face customer service

To be successful in this role you must have:

1. Highly customer service orientated
2. Good communication skills - good clear English speaking and written skills 
3. Proven telephone communications skills with the ability to obtain and relay information
4. Accurate Data Entry skills 
5. Sensible and assertive with strong organizational skills
6. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
7. Proven ability to work independently without supervision
8. The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment 
9. Ability to multi task
10. At least one year experience working in a warehouse environment.
11. Picking, packing and stock take experience.
12. A hardworking attitude
13. Have a current forklift license is a must
14. Have experience using SAP, is a plus
