Responsibilities
The purpose of this role
As a Unified Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Sales Execution – Acts as a thought leader across solution areas to advise customers across business functions on digital transformation, drive robust deployment and create business value for customers by Identifying and facilitating removal of blockers to consumption by partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Scaling & Collaboration – Leads the sales orchestration to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders as well as leveraging and expanding relationships with partners
- Technical Expertise – Leverages and shares competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal
- Sales Excellence –Manages the end-to-end sales and delivery success of the assigned territory; conducts forecasting for accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities aimed at maintaining levels of client satisfaction

- Sales Leader - Skilled in engaging customer stakeholders to build a pipeline of innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and delivery aligned to customer strategy; experienced in coaching & leading internal teams across the organisation; experienced in driving implementation of technical strategies in collaboration with C-Suite decision makers; experienced in Territory Planning & Sales execution for fiscal success. Skilled in Collaboration, Role Orchestration, Sales process (0-100% lifecycle), Negotiation & Sales Excellence (Lead Management, Opportunity Qualification, Close Planning, Pipeline & Forecasting)
- Cross Group Collaboration - Incorporates diverse perspectives to thoroughly address complex business issues. Expert orchestrator of cross functional teams to bring together an integrated solution offering focused on specific customer outcomes
- Solution Area Expert – Proven track record of positioning services as a critical component of the solution pitch, ability to influence at all levels of an organisation and clearly differentiate competitor solutions
- Growth Mindset - Ability to overcome and work around problems that are inevitable in rapidly growing businesses – positive approach to problem solving, learning, and development.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
Or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
